  4. Add garlic and ginger paste fry then add the mince and cook on medium low heat. Till moisture/water is almost fully dried off the meat.
  5. Then add your spices and mix well. Then add your tomatoes, chopped or blended. Let it simmer, cook well till the tomatoes soften.
  6. Incase your potatoes are not well cooked you can add like 12 cup of water. Then simmer till the water dries/ reduces.
  7. Add garam masala, salt and chopped dhania. Mix and turn gas off.
  8. Serve with Rice / chapati.
