Season with salt and add in the garlic granules and ginger paste. Stir fry until the beef is browned off and cooked through.
- Add in 1tbsp of the sweet chilli sauce and stir through. Add in the cucumber noodles. Toss everything together until evenly coated in the sauce and the beef is distributed. Stir fry for 1 minute whilst constantly stirring then turn off the heat.
- Remove from the heat and add 1⁄2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce. Stir through until the noodles appear glossy and serve up. Garnish with extra spring onion greens and some red chilli flakes to taste.
