- At first marinate the chicken pieces with salt red chilli powder oil and turmeric
- Now heat a pan add oil and fry the potatoes with salt and turmeric and keep aside.
- Now add oil in the same pan and tamper the whole jeera garam masala and red chilli.
- Add the chopped onions and fry till it becomes translucent
- Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well adding salt and turmeric powder
- Add the chicken pieces into it and saute.cover the pan and keep the flame low.
- As the chicken pieces become tender add tomato puree, red chilli and coriander powder and mix
- Add the fried potatoes and mix them with the whole ingredients.
- Add the warm water and cover the pan.
- Finally garnish it with garam masala powder and serve
