Please feel free to add bamboo shoots, spinach, or whatever you have available at. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Mix the carrot, beans, beansprouts, spring onion, red pepper and sweet chilli sauce together in a bowl. Heat the oil in a wok and add the tofu and garlic until golden brown.
