  20. Take 2 tomatoes - cut square
  21. Get 3 spring onion - slices thin
  22. Make ready 1 plastic basil - dont use the stem
  23. Make ready 1 pandan leaves
  24. Prepare 500 litre water
  25. Prepare 3-4 tbsl Oil or as needed
  26. Get 1 tbsp sugar or less
  27. Take 1 tsp himalayan salt
  28. Get 1 stock chicken cube
  29. Take 1 tsp white pepper
  30. Make ready Optional: 5 red chillies

  4. Add the water, stir well and add the chicken. Stir well again and leave this in medium heat for about 20 minutes (add thai chillies here if you used it).
  5. When the water start to evaporate, put the tomatoes, salt, sugar, white pepper, chicken cube. Taste it and cook for another 15 minutes. You be able to tell as the colour will change and its thicker.
