- Gradually stir in stock, bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer until thick.
- Remove from heat, cool slightly, then stir in sweet corn, Seafood, & Chives.
- Transfer mixture to pie dish, cover & refrigerate until cold.
- Pre heat oven to 180° . Cover with pastry, brush with egg, bake 30 min.
