- In the same pan heat butter and add Maida or All-purpose Flour. Stir until smooth, add vegetable stock and keep stirring until smooth
- Add milk slowly and bring it to boil. Add the mushroom mix and stir well.
- Add cream and little more salt, black pepper powder, grated cheese and some chopped spring onion greens. Stir well until cheese melts. Set aside
- Plate and garnish with some more grated cheese, chopped spring onion greens and black pepper powder.
Add in onion and cook until onion is soft and translucent but not browned. Add in two handfuls of mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms have shrunk in size.
