  1. Take 1 tbsp butter
  2. Get 1 carrot chopped in bite size pieces

Steps to make Vegetable Soup:
  1. Make a stock using cauliflower, carrots, onion and corns
  2. In sauce pan add butter and saute garlic and ginger in it.
  3. Add mushrooms, capsicum, spinach and stir it and cook it for 1-2 min.
  4. Add stock with vegetable and let it boil for 4-5 mins. If water is reduced add little more.
  5. Take corn flour and add little water and make thin paste of it and add it in boiling soup.
  6. Add pepper, salt and vinegar and mix it. Serve it hot.
