  7. throw away fat and bones
  8. add one can of cream of chicken to chicken and stir over medium heat
  9. when begin to bubble and pop remove from heat
  10. preheat oven to 375
  11. spoon chicken mixture into tortillas
  12. roll tortillas fairly snug but careful not to squeeze out chicken mixture
  13. add tortilla to cookie sheet pan
  14. repeat step 12 until about 3 large spoonfuls are left in pan
  15. add remaining cream of chicken to pan
  16. mix well and spread over top of tortillas
  17. add cheese to top
  18. bake until cheese is melted
