  8. Heat oven to 350. Grease the casserole dish with butter/olive oil spray.
  9. Take a tortilla and add the mixer.
  10. Fold the tortilla in.
  11. Fold in the corners.
  12. Roll the rest of the way.
  13. Place in casserole dish.
  14. Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas.
  15. Add the rest of the cheese.
  16. Place in oven until cheese is melted (usually about 15 minutes).
