  1. First we marinate chicken with salt papar cumin powder red chilli powder and vinegar for 30 minutes.then add 2 tbl spoon oil and fry until welcooked and tender.remove.In same pan add 1 tablespoon oil and sotay onion and capsicum then add fry chicken mixwell.set aside
  2. 2nd we prepare wrape.Add maida salt and baking powder mox well.then add warm milk gradually.when a soft dough is made.kneed for 3 minute.then rest for 30 minute.then heat tawa or frying pan.make smaal wrape with rolling pin.add on tawa.and cook until light coloured wrape is made.
  3. 3rd we made sauce.Add 2 table spoon butter/oil add 1 table spoon maida cook for 2 minute on medium low flame.add milk gradually.mix with whisker.now add cream add salt and blk pappar.by continious stiring.Now add cheese.mix well.turn off flame.let it cool.
  4. Wth step is assembling.first take a wrape spread some sauce add chicken fajita mixture fold and secure with toothpick.wrape is ready to serve.yummy recipe😋
