Crush garlic wash and slice carrots, snow peas, onion, chilli, cabbage and place them in separate bowls. In a frying pan add oil and stir fry the chicken on high heat string every now and then. In a small bowl, combine broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger and cornstarch. Add to chicken mixture and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
