  11. Make ready 12 cup oil for frying

  13. Make ready 1 Tbsp oil
  14. Take 1 large onion chopped
  15. Make ready 2 tsp garlic paste
  16. Take 400 g tomato puree / Passata
  17. Make ready to taste Salt and pepper
  18. Prepare 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  19. Make ready 🌻For The Topping:
  20. Prepare 250 g mozzarella cheese sliced or shredded
  21. Take 13 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
  22. Take 2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley

In another shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with the crumb mixture. When Crispy Chicken Strips are cooked, remove from oven and leave on the same baking sheet. Whisk bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper together in a shallow bowl.

  1. 🌻For The Chicken: - Preheat oven 430°F | 220°C. Lightly grease an oven tray or baking dish with non stick cooking oil spray; set aside.Whisk together eggs, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl or dish. - Add chicken into the egg, rotating to evenly coat each fillet in the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes or overnight.
  2. 🌻For The Sauce: - Heat oil in a pan / pot. Fry onion until transparent then add the garlic until fragrant. - Add the tomato puree, salt and pepper to taste, Italian herbs. Cover with lid to simmer for about 8 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly. Taste test and adjust salt and pepper, if needed. - - When chicken is ready for cooking, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder together in a separate bowl. Dip chicken into the breadcrumb mixture to evenly coat.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot and shimmering. Fry chicken until golden and crispy. - - Place chicken on prepared baking tray / dish and top each breast with about 13 cup of sauce Top each chicken breast with mozzarella cheese and about 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.
