Instructions to make Moroccan Chicken:
  1. Marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours using a quick marinade made with mustard,Worcestershire sauce, garlic,oregano, salt, black pepper and red chilli powder.
  2. Grill on greased pan until nice colour is achieved and is tender
  3. Moroccan Sauce: - Add butter to the pan and melt it. Saute onions in the butter. Don't burn the onions. Add 2 chopped garlic,4 tbsp tomato puree. Add some milk, chicken stock, oregano,paprika powder chilli flakes(half tsp), onion powder(a pinch) and once done add 4tbso of cream and put Stove off.
  4. For Garlic Bread: take 4tbsp butter,add 1 tsp crushed garlic or garlic powder in it,black pepper pinch and parsley chopped.apply on French loaf,sprinkle red chilli flakes and grated cheese and bake for 8-10mins.
  5. For potato wedges: Peel and cut 2potatoes in wedge shape,boil partially with salted water. Once cool sprinkle rice flour on it and refrigerate. Deep fry before serving steak
  6. For assembling: pour the sauce over chicken fillets and serve with garlic bread and wedges.
