Cut a few lemons into thin slices and scatter them over and around the chicken. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.   8. Continue to cook chicken in oven until crispy and golden brown and internal temperature reads 165 degrees.
  9. To get a tiny bit more crunch broil for 5 minutes watching your chicken closely so it doesn't burn.
  10. Serve with bulgur wheat, salad, rice, kimchi, broccoli and more.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Remove thawed chicken from packaging, rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place the chicken on lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil over the thighs. In a small bowl, mix together all seasonings/herbs. Grease baking sheet with vegetable oil.
