Stir in tomato sauce, carrots and celery. Stir in beans and simmer for another. Stir in the lentils, water, crumbled stock cubes, tomatoes, oregano, paprika and turmeric, and season with salt and pepper. Add the oil followed by the onion, pepper, chilli and garlic.
