- add the bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sautee along w chicken on same skilket u cooked the chicken
- on a plate add chunks of lettuce spinach place the chicken onion and bell pepper mix on top of lettuce add the cooked zuchini and tomato on the side
- steam broccoli and then stir fry w butter add to salad
